Welcome to ebikeFo. These Terms of Service govern your use of ebikefo.shop and purchases made through our store.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our applicable store policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Products and Availability

ebikeFo sells complete electric bikes.

Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colors, packaging, prices, and availability may change. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but manufacturers may revise products or specifications without notice.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming:

Frame style and dimensions
Rider height and weight recommendations
Motor and battery specifications
Published range information
Braking and suspension systems
Included components and accessories
Charging requirements
Intended terrain and use
Local electric-bike laws and restrictions

Published range and performance figures are estimates. Actual results may vary based on rider weight, terrain, weather, speed, assistance level, tire pressure, maintenance, battery condition, and other operating conditions.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed before payment when available.

Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed. Providing payment information does not guarantee that an order has been accepted.

If a pricing or listing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Acceptance

Orders remain subject to:

Successful payment authorization
Product availability
Accurate customer and delivery information
Address and fraud screening
Shipping eligibility
Applicable federal, state, and local laws

We may hold, refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, an incorrect listing, an ineligible destination, or a legal or carrier restriction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Electric-Bike Laws and Rider Responsibilities

Electric-bike classifications, age requirements, helmet requirements, permitted speeds, and riding locations vary by jurisdiction.

You are responsible for understanding and following all laws and regulations applicable to electric-bike ownership and operation in your location.

You are also responsible for operating the electric bike safely, wearing appropriate protective equipment, and following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Assembly, Inspection, and Maintenance

Some electric bikes may require assembly, adjustment, or inspection before use.

You are responsible for following the manufacturer’s assembly and safety instructions. If you are not qualified to assemble, inspect, or adjust an electric bike, you should have the work completed by a qualified bicycle technician.

Before every ride, inspect the electric bike, including its brakes, tires, wheels, steering, frame, electrical connections, and battery attachment.

ebikeFo is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper assembly, inadequate inspection, misuse, unauthorized modification, poor maintenance, or operation contrary to manufacturer instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Battery and Charging Safety

Electric bikes contain rechargeable batteries that require appropriate use, charging, storage, and transportation.

You must:

Use only the charger supplied or approved for the electric bike
Follow the manufacturer’s charging and storage instructions
Keep the battery and charger away from excessive heat, water, and flammable materials
Stop using the electric bike if the battery is damaged, swollen, leaking, punctured, overheating, or behaving abnormally
Avoid modifying, opening, crushing, or improperly disposing of the battery
Follow applicable recycling and disposal requirements

Do not ship or return an electric bike with a damaged or unsafe battery without first receiving written instructions from ebikeFo.

ebikeFo sells complete electric bikes and does not sell batteries separately.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, charges, restrictions, and estimated delivery times are governed by our Shipping Policy and the information displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, inventory availability, address problems, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, telephone number, and contact information.

Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery and report visible damage, missing components, or delivery problems as soon as possible.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

Do not return an electric bike without receiving written authorization and shipping instructions from ebikeFo.

Unauthorized returns, improperly packaged electric bikes, or shipments containing a damaged battery may be refused.

Manufacturer Warranties

A manufacturer warranty applies only when expressly stated on the applicable product page or in the documentation supplied with the electric bike.

Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the manufacturer’s eligibility requirements, exclusions, documentation requirements, and claims procedures.

ebikeFo does not provide an additional warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

Nothing in this section limits warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Brand and Manufacturer References

Manufacturer names, trademarks, model names, product photographs, and technical information belong to their respective owners.

Their use for product identification does not by itself mean that ebikeFo is an authorized dealer, sponsored retailer, or official representative of a manufacturer. Such a relationship will only be stated when it can be verified.

Acceptable Website Use

You may not:

Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Provide false payment, identity, delivery, or account information
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s information
Interfere with the website’s security or operation
Upload malicious software or code

No ownership of third-party trademarks, product photographs, or manufacturer materials is claimed.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, ebikeFo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

Website use or interruption
Incorrect product selection
Improper assembly or maintenance
Misuse or unsafe operation
Unauthorized modification
Failure to follow manufacturer instructions
Violation of applicable electric-bike laws

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ebikeFo harmless from claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, unauthorized product modification, or misuse of an electric bike.

Changes to These Terms
