Batteries and Chargers
ebikeFo sells complete electric bicycles and does not sell standalone batteries unless a listing expressly states otherwise.
Electric bicycles contain rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Battery specifications, charger information, safety certifications, or compatibility claims should be included only when supported by the product label, manufacturer documentation, or reliable supplier records.
Customers must use, charge, transport, and store the battery according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Only the charger approved for the specific bicycle should be used.
Manufacturer Warranties
A manufacturer’s warranty applies only when expressly stated for a specific product and subject to the manufacturer’s applicable terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and claims procedure.
ebikeFo does not promise that every product includes a manufacturer’s warranty and does not provide an additional store warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

If you believe a product you received is not genuine or does not materially match its description, contact ebikeFo promptly before riding, installing, modifying, repairing, or disposing of it.
